Terms of Service

Who we are

yi3ld.ai ("yi3ld", "we", "us") is an educational information provider. We publish research, data and tools about crypto markets to help members learn and make their own decisions. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at yi3ld.ai, the member dashboard and any research, tools or communications we provide (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a membership you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure.

Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident or national of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (including those administered by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom), or if you are on any sanctions list.
• You may not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful for you. It is your responsibility to check that crypto assets, decentralised exchanges and the products described on the Service are lawful where you live.

What the Service is

yi3ld is a yield information and tools membership. Depending on your plan it includes:

• Best yields: a vetted list of third-party DeFi yields with live rates, our grades and setup guides (a view of the list is available to free accounts; the full list and guides come with a paid plan);
• the Yield planner (all paid plans): an illustrative split of an amount across listed yields and our vault, at today's rates;
• access to our vault (as described below): the Treasury (all paid plans), a trading strategy our desk runs on Hyperliquid through a vault built on Lagoon on the HyperEVM network;
• Y3 Research (Pro and Max): a ranking of crypto projects with the data and reasoning behind each pick, and its record;
• the Cycle thermometer: a read of overall crypto market conditions;
• member community channels (weekly best yields and vault updates; weekly picks on Pro and Max) and, on Max, early access to new picks, a private desk channel and a monthly live call.

The exact features of each plan are listed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if we remove a core feature of your plan we will tell you and you may cancel.

Educational information only, not financial advice

yi3ld provides educational and general information only. We are not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker-dealer, fund manager or licensed financial services provider in any jurisdiction, and we do not hold ourselves out as one. Nothing on the Service is a solicitation, offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, to use any platform, or to deposit into any vault, and nothing on the Service is a promise of any result.

Everything on the Service is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any asset. We are not your financial adviser, broker or fiduciary. Before acting on anything you read here, consider whether it is appropriate for you and, if needed, seek advice from a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Performance information and back-tested results

The research record shown on the Service from February 2021 to September 2026 is back-tested: it shows how our ranking method would have selected projects if it had been applied to each month's data at the time. We were not publishing picks during that period. Picks logged live, as they happen, start in October 2026 and are labelled as such. Back-tested and simulated results have known limitations (including hindsight in designing the method and the absence of real trading costs) and are not a reliable indicator of future results. "Beat the market" on the Service means a pick performed better than the median of the eligible projects we score over the same period, excluding stablecoins and pegged tokens; it does not mean the pick made money.

Vaults

• Treasury (trading on Hyperliquid). A vault built on Lagoon on the HyperEVM network, where our trading desk runs a systematic strategy on Hyperliquid. You deposit and withdraw from your own wallet, through the vault's smart contracts (from your dashboard), and receive vault shares that you hold yourself. Deposits and withdrawals settle at the vault's daily settlement.
• We never take custody of your funds and cannot move them on your behalf. The vault's capital is held in a smart-contract account our desk can trade but cannot withdraw from.
• The terms of each vault, including its performance fee, lock-up or withdrawal rules and any minimums, are shown on the vault page in your dashboard before you deposit. By depositing you accept those terms and the terms of the protocol or exchange the vault runs on (Lagoon and Hyperliquid).
• Vault returns are not guaranteed and can be negative. You can lose some or all of the money you deposit. Please read the Risk Disclosure before depositing.
• Your membership fee and any vault performance fee are separate. You pay your membership fee whether or not a vault makes money.

Membership, billing and the free trial

• Card payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record. Your payment details are handled by Whop and its payment processors; we do not see or store your card number.
• Memberships renew automatically every 30 days (monthly) or every year (yearly) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes that Whop adds at checkout.
• Free trial (Core): Core starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required. If you cancel before the trial ends (before day 15) you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your first payment is taken when the trial ends. One trial per person.
• Pro and Max start straight away and are charged on sign-up.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your Whop account or from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except in the cases that policy lists or where the law requires a refund.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Memberships are for one person. Sharing, reselling or redistributing our research, picks or dashboard content (including in paid groups or channels) is not allowed and may lead to your account being closed without a refund.
• We will never ask for your wallet recovery phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not us.

Wallets and third-party services

Some features let you connect a self-custodial wallet, view on-chain balances or open a swap through a third-party provider. Connecting a wallet is read-only on our side: we never hold your keys and cannot sign transactions for you; every transaction is approved by you in your own wallet. Third-party services (including Lagoon, Hyperliquid, Whop, wallet providers, swap aggregators and the protocols we research) are operated by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, security or conduct.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or automated extraction beyond normal personal use, no attempts to break or bypass security or access controls, no use for unlawful purposes, market manipulation or to harass others, and no uploading of malicious code. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Our content

The Service, including the research, rankings, scores, text, design and software, belongs to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own information while your membership is active.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content; and (b) our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell members by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Before starting any formal dispute, please email admin@yi3ld.ai so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
